Lucia is a self-taught artist originally from Cusco, Peru, who moved to New Zealand in late 2020 to begin a new chapter in her life. As an artist, she is guided by feeling and inspiration in the moment rather than by careful planning.

Lucia creates intricate designs and allows her creativity to flow, often becoming immersed in the fine details. Her art has provided her with a sense of community and belonging in her new home, which in turn has given her the freedom and security to pursue her artistic goals.
