Mike Peckham has been woodturning for over 50 years and has specialised in laminated woodturning. For the past decade, he has been experimenting with polymer resins combined with pine and red cedar cones to create unique bowls.

Under the name CLW, he produces a specialty range of laminated salt and pepper shakers using a wide variety of sustainably sourced woods. CLW also produces a variety of other laminated and non-laminated wood products, including lamps, vases, candlesticks, and jewellery boxes. In recent years, the range has expanded to include turned platters featuring wood and resin inserts, creating distinctive forms and product variety.
