Born in Dunedin, Christine is a lifelong creative. She worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 40 years, often using her creative talents as therapy activities. She has worked as a tutor in a range of supportive creative arts spaces in both Christchurch and Nelson.

For over 20 years Christine has been developing her art practice primarily in the media of pastels and has been the recipient of various merit awards in PANZ art challenges. Recently she has been working in a range of mixed media.
